Semi-Automatic Line PURA

The Semi-automatic sewing system is composed by a supporting column for the sewing head, the sewing head (FISCHBEIN or UNION SPECIAL or NEW-LONG) and the thread cutting device.

Besides of that, can be featured of several optional like : chain infeed, label dispenser, creepe tape applicator, top folding device, double sewing head.

<p><strong>The automatic FUTURA line is ideal for filling open-mouth bags with powdered and granular products such as flour, pet food, pellets, fertilizers, milk powder, rice, sugar, among others.</strong></p> <p>The line allows filling bags with gross weight/liquid between 10-50 kg, reaching a production of up to work 600 cycles/hour.</p> <p><strong>Features:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Single fill spout;</li> <li>Output up to 600 bags/h;</li> <li>Tag application device for premade tags;</li> <li>Fill spout dust collection manifold, for vacuum distribution and collection of any dust produced during the bag filling process;</li> <li>Applicator for 60mm wide crepe tape, 70 mm wide tape available on request. The bag top is first trimmed for correct application of the crepe tape;</li> <li>Hot welding of the polyethylene line inside the bag and seam with application of the crepe tape;</li> <li>Bag turner to lay bags flat for in-line discharge;</li> <li>Bag folding helix forms continuous fold on bag mouth without stopping the bag. The bag top is first trimmed in order to perform folding correctly;</li> <li>Bag inner poly liner heat sealing and sewing with application of crepe tape.</li> </ul>

<p><strong>Key features include a compact footprint, ease-of-use, and a simple, low maintenance design, rendering this machine the perfect solution for bag filling applications requiring high capacities.</strong></p> <p>ASTRO is based on a proven machine design and may be configured with either four or six fill spouts. The latest improvements have undergone prototype trials and approved for serial production upon achieving operational perfection. </p> <p>The resultant machine is built and manufactured with the aim of meeting the demanding technical, legislative and regulatory standards on safety, most notably in food safety.</p> <p>The new features focus on the management of product delivery. Safety requirements demand product must not contact with potentially polluting materials, as outlined by the latest EU Directives, the guidelines of the European Commission of Food Safety, and CODEX Alimentarius. </p> <p>This series of carousel baggers is especially suited to the packaging of powdered or floury products into large bags made of polypropylene, raffia, jute, or cotton. Regardless, the versatility of the new ASTRO series enables use with all types of bags and a wide variety of products.</p>
