The stretch-wrapper PR/A TOP solves the problem of spiral wrapping in all medium throughput installations (max.35 pallets/h).

The top covering device ensures the pallet protection by sealing the film on the upper part of the pallet. The cycle is fully automatic thus no operator is requested. The replacement of the empty film reel with a new one is manual. If the film reel ends during the cycle, the machine itself automatically and immediatly stops allowing the film reel replacement.


On request the main accessories available are:

  • Pre-stretch unwinder to optimize the film tension and consumption;
  • Pressing top platen to stabilize the pallet during the wrapping;
  • Pallet lifter to wrap the pallet up to the lower edge;
  • Tray shaper device to protect the lower part of the pallet;
  • Higher machine to wrap pallets of requested height;
  • Configuration for holed film wrapping;
  • Pallet exit direction perpendicular to the infeeding direction.

<p><strong>Anthropomorphic Palletizer</strong></p>

Palletizer IMP.A.C. 11 IMP.A.C ROBOFLEX A-1802

<p><strong>Palletizer for bags with mobile production base and top feed.</strong></p> <p>The model IMP.A.C. 11 A can palletize bags of 2 to 50 Kg at a maximum rate of 1200 b/h. Each incoming bag is flattened to a uniform compacted height, orientated, and then transferred to the layer preforming section.</p> <p>Each completed layer is then transferred to the loading station where a sliding gate opens and deposits it onto the pallet. The pallet is lowered automatically, each time a layer has been deposited.</p> <p>When a pallet has received the preset number of layers, it is automatically transferred to a holding conveyor, and an empty pallet is simultaneously moved into the loading zone. The entire operation is controlled by a PLC, which can be programmed to palletize bags of different dimensions, layers pattenrs and number of layers.</p>

<p><strong>The palletizer IMP.A.C. 12 A is indicated for all the activities with medium-high outputs, until 1100 b/h.</strong></p> <p>The bag, coming from an upstream line, is pressed to become even and compact, then it’s oriented following the preset formation and directed to the preforming zone.</p> <p>The composed layer is transferred on a vertically and horizontally moving platform, the first one for the search and the positioning of the layer unloading, the second one for the transferring of the layer on the firm pallet.</p> <p>The cycle will repeat itself until the finishing of the  pallet that will be emptied and replaced, to begin a new cycle. All the movements synchronisms are coordinated by a programmable modular system (PLC).</p> <p>The machine can be programmed to palletise bags of different dimensions, formations and layers number.</p> <p> </p>
