All of the C – type impulse film sealing machines are working on impulse sealing principle. The sealing wire gets only hot when sealing bar is closed.
General information: All film sealing machines, including the C – type are designed to seal also narrow packaging films with a wide sealing bar size!
Example: With a C – 820 impulse film sealing machine it is possible to seal very narrow, even 50 mm (2 inches) or 100 mm (4 inches) wide packaging film. No mechanical adjustments are needed to work with 50 mm (2 inches) or even with the 820 mm (32 inches) packaging film.
The sealable maximum material thickness (absolute material thickness) for all C – type impulse film sealing machines is:
PE Polyethilene 200 micron
PP Polypropylene 200 micron
Multi layer - laminated film 100 micron
(depending on the type of the lamination!)
With this revolutionary new sealing bar guiding funnel technology, we make the closing of the sealing bar safe and stable.
Thanks to the specially designed sealing bar closing handle with funnel guiding, even the longer sealing bars (C – 620 and C – 820) are guided in a smooth and safe way to the parallel closing position.
With this funnel we assure that the complete length of the sealing bar is always exactly above the sealing wire. The sealing bar handle and the funnel are made of ultra-strong plastic with fibre and technology.
By closing the sealing bar with the handle in the front right sealing bar, pressure is always guaranteed.

The body of the machine and the sealing bar of each C – Type impulse seat sealer is made of ultra-strong magnesium-aluminium profile. This technology assures super strong base and absolute flat surface for the special designed impulse sealing wire. In parallel we guarantee with the special designed aluminium ribs inside the frame also a proper and fast cooling of the sealing wires after the sealing cycle is finished.

C – Type impulse sealing machines with powder painted surface
The entire machine is designed to assure the highest safety. The machine body and the connecting parts are assembled so precisely, that there’s not even a single gap between them. No free running cables and no openings on the machine frame.
CI – Type impulse sealing machines with silver anodized surface
All CI – Type impulse sealing machines can be used in food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry. By anodizing (surface treatment) the machine frame, the surface of the aluminium profile becomes completely smooth and strengthened. With this surface treatment, the CI – Type film sealing machine frame is now even more resistant against scratches and mechanical impact.
Impulse Film Sealing Technology
A technology without compromise: The specially designed C – Type sealing wire tensioning systems assure at any temperature level an optimised sealing wire tension. At high temperature values the sealing wire expands itself. Our sealing wire tensioning system is designed to apply optimal tension at any temperature level and assure a free movement of the sealing wire in longitudinal direction.
All C – Type impulse heat sealers work with a 2.5 mm wide impulse sealing wire. The sealing length depends always on the size of the machine. All thermoplastic (heat sealable) films up to 200-micron total material thickness can be sealed easily and air tight. The total surface of the sealing wire is PTFE. This avoids sticking of the bag material to the sealing wire.
The C – Type impulse heat sealers have an integrated specially designed safety cutting knife system. This cutting knife system enables to produce bags from tubular film or to cut the rest of the film off the bag after sealing.

All C-type impulse heat sealers can be adjusted in sealing time from 1 – 10 values. The sealing wire is time controlled. By adjusting the sealing time, the temperature will automatically increase in parallel. The sealing temperature and cooling time cannot be set!
A LED light above the turning knob shows the present status of the machine. If the light is off, then the C-type impulse heat sealer is unplugged (the machine is shut OFF). In this condition the machine can be stored or repaired.
By plugging in the machine the LED light will turn yellow. The machine is in standby mode.
The average consumption in standby mode is less than 1 W (electrical power).
To work with the machine and to make a sealing the sealing bar must be closed. The LED light will turn from yellow to red.
Red light shows, that the machine is sealing. After the adjusted time the sealing will stop, and the red LED light will turn again yellow.
For perfect sealing result we always suggest keeping the sealing bars closed under pressure for additional 1 – 2 seconds after the sealing is finished (the red lights turn yellow again).

• SAFETY cutting knife system
All C – type impulse film sealing machines have an integrated safety cutting knife to cut off the rest of the bag above the sealing. The cutting knife can be used also to produce bags from tubular film.
The sharp cutting knife is safely positioned inside the aluminium sealing bar. This assures, that the operator cannot cut or hurt himself with the knife before it is activated.
In order to activate the cutting knife the operator has to push down the knife and move it along the complete sealing bar length. After releasing the blade it will slide back into its safe position.
• Impulse film sealing technology
The sealing wire heats up only when the sealing bars are closed. The sealing is activated when the sealing bars are totally closed and the LED light turns from yellow to red. If the operator opens the sealing bar before the sealing cycle is finished, the heating of the sealing wires will be shut off automatically. NO risk of getting burn injuries.
In stand by mode the machine consumes only 1 W electrical power.
• Totally closed machine body
The entire machine frame is totally closed. There is not even a slight opening or gap on the machine body. There are no free running electrical cables. Each electrical connection is properly hidden.
The sealing wire is covered with PTFE tape on the total length.

Super strong sealing bar suspension and extremely loadable sealing bars

With this design of sealing bar suspension it is assured, that the sealing bars close always 100 % parallel. Each mechanical part of the machine is designed so precisely, that no further adjustments are needed after mounting the machine together. The closing pressure of the sealing bars is evenly distributed through the complete sealing length. Thanks to this detailed planned NEW mechanical solution, the sealing result of the machine is always perfect.
In order to meet the highest expectations, each part is made out of the highest quality magnesium aluminium alloy materials. Parts of the machine and the complete machine on itself are designed to perform under industrial conditions.
The sealing bar and the suspensions are made out of stainless materials.
The closing and the opening of the sealing bars are supported by an electric motor. The START signal can be given by foot pedal or by hand. Simply touching the sealing bars and applying a small force for closing the bars, the electric signal will be given and the motor is closing the sealing bars. When sealing cycle (sealing and cooling) is finished the sealing bars will open up automaticly.

E – type impulse sealing machines with powder painted surface

EI – type impulse sealing machines with silver anodized surface
All EI – type impulse sealing machines can be used in food- , pharmaceutical – and chemical industry. By anodizing (surface treatment) the machine frame the surface of the aluminium profile gets absolute smooth and strengthened. With this surface treatment the EI – type film sealing machine frame is now even more resistant against scretches and mechanical impact.
Ultra strong magnesium aluminum body

The machine body and the sealing bar of each E – type impulse heat sealing machine with electrical foot pedal is made out of ultra strong magnesium aluminum profile. This technology assures super strong base and absolute flat surface for the special designed impulse sealing wire. Powder painted - orange color: For general purpose. It can be used in all kinds of industries.

The E – type impulse heat sealing machines with electrical foot pedal offers a wide range of sealing wire versions. The right sealing wire version has to be choosen product and packaging material specific.

5 mm (0,197 inch) wide industrial sealing wire with impulse sealing technology.
The E – type machine can be ordered in two surface treatments:
E – type powder painted in orange color
EI – type silver anodized
ED – type
2 x 5 mm (2 x 0,197 inch) wide industrial sealing wire with impulse sealing technology. The second (upper) sealing wire can be switched off. The double sealing is used wherever very contaminated bags (with powder, oil, dust…) have to be sealed with high security! The double sealing offers extra safety.
The ED – type machine can be ordered in two surface treatments:
ED – type powder painted in orange color
EDI – type silver anodized
EB – type
5 mm (0,197 inch) wide industrial Bi – Acitve (sealing from two sides) sealing wire with impulse sealing technology. The Bi – Active sealing technology assures a super strong sealing for closing multi layer or laminated bags. With the Bi – Active sealing machine, bags with a total thickness (absolute material thickness) of 800 micron can be sealed!
The packaging film is heated from two sides. This assures, that the heat flows through the material evenly from both sides. By using this process an overheating of the packaging material can be avoided!
The EB – type machine can be ordered in two surface treatments:
EB – type powder painted in orange color
EBI – type silver anodized

All E – type impulse heat sealing machines with electrical foot pedal work with a 5 mm (0,197 inch) wide impulse sealing wire. The sealing length depends always from the machine size. All thermoplastic (heat sealable) films up to 500 micron total material thickness can be sealed easily and air tight with the E-type or ED-type. For material thicknesses up to 800 micron the EB – type should be choosen.
All these versions of the E – type (E-type; ED-type; EB-type) have an integrated specially designed safety cutting knife. This cutting knife enables to produce bags from tubular film or to cut the rest of the film off the bag after sealing. If the ED – type machine is used with double sealing, than the cutting knife should not be used!

A technology without compromise: The specially designed E-type sealing wire tensioning systems assure at any temperature level an optimised sealing wire tension. At high temperature values the sealing wire expends itself. Our sealing wire tensioning system is designed to apply optimum tension at any temperature level and assure a free movement of the sealing wire in longitudinal direction. The specially designed upper PTFE tape is designed to underline this function and to assure free movement of the sealing wire at any time.
Thanks to the special fixing system of the upper PTFE it can not loosen up or wrinkle itself. The total surface of the sealing wire is PTFE covered. This avoids sticking of the bag material to the sealing wire.
The build up of the sealing electrode is designed to achieve perfect sealing results! Below the sealing wire there is a silicon stripe with a PTFE tape coating. This gives flexibility to the sealing wire to compensate uneven pressure points.

The sealing wire of the E – type is digitally time controlled. By adjusting the sealing time the temperature will automatically increase in parallel. The sealing temperature seperately can not be set! With a special key combination the machine setting can be fixed. The operator will not be able (if the key combination is unknown) to adjust the previously set value. This offeres the highes safety!
On ED – type machine (E-type with double sealing) the second sealing wire (upper sealing wire) can turned ON / OFF with the double sealing button. If the double sealing sign lights up white, than the double sealing is activated.
The sealing and cooling time can be adjusted, by pushing the up and down arrow (see 1 & 3 on the picture) between a value of 1 – 12. To each value belongs a certain sealing & cooling time and a sealing temperature.
By switching on the main switch of the machine, the double 7 segment display lights up and shows the present status (set value) of the machine. The machine is in stand-by mode, ready to work.
The average consumption in stand-by mode is less than 1 W / hour (electrical power).
In order to work with the machine and to make a sealing two START functions are possible:
1.) START with the electrical foot pedal.
2.) START by applying small pushing pressure to the back side of the sealing bars.
At each sealing value an automaticly (previous factory setting) set cooling time is calculated. For the perfect sealing result the sealing bars remain closed under pressure for additional 1 – 2 seconds after the sealing is finished. This assures the best sealing result, because the sealed packaging material can cool down under pressure!

• SAFETY automatic sealing bar closing
All E – type impulse film sealing machines have an integrated electrical gear motor for sealing bar closing and opening. This automatic sealing bar closing assures the extreme ergonomic function of the machine and enables the sealing bar to close on maximum pressure. By using this process fast working cycles can be achieved and a perfect sealing is assured!
The gear motors special drive - the link between the motor and the sealing bar mechanism - is designed to operate also as a safety system. It can NOT happen, that an operator closes the sealing bars and that any finger is pinched.
By working with the impluse film sealing technology the sealing wire heats up only when the sealing bars are totally closed and the sealing bar closing electro magnet is turned on. After the electro magnets are activated, it is impossible for the operator to open the sealing bar. In emergency case the machine can be switched off easily with the main switch. Before the sealing cycle is finished the heating of the sealing wires will be shut off automatically and the sealing wire will cool back to normal room temperature. NO risk of getting burn injuries.

The extra robust magnesium aluminium sealing bar suspensions are produced with precise molding technology to meat the highest expectations.
The sealing bar profiles and the sealing bar suspension has a special designed geometric form. It is designed to meet high load capacities. By choosing top materials like magnesium aluminium the loadability of the sealing bars is maximized.
The design of these parts is not just simulated on cumputer programs, but also underlined with several field of tests. Each final design is tested under real working conditions for a min. of 1.000.000 cycle.
The special design of the suspension allows that all electrical cables going to the control unit, or to the upper sealing bar (EB-type machine), can be hidden routed.

The complete machine frame is totally closed. There is not even a slight opening or gap on the machine body. There are no free running electrical cables. Each electrical connection is properly hidden.
The sealing wire is covered with PTFE tape on the total length.
The standard E – type machines (E-type, ED-type, EB-type) have IP 33 level. As special option a higher IP classification can be ordered! With the special „high IP classification” the IP protection of the machine can be increased to IP 44 level.

No free running electrical cables! Each electrical connection is properly hidden. The control unit of the machine is located on the same side where the main switch is.
The sealing wire is covered on the complete length with PTFE tape. The electrical connections are also routed and covered hidden.

We are offering endless possibilities with ergonomic design.
Each E-type heat sealer (as table top version) can be equipped with the following accessories:
• Working table
• Film holding rolls with guiding plates
The E-type sealer can be used independently also as a table top heat sealer. By adding the working table or film holding rolls to the machine, the ergonomic working is underlined. Each accessory can be added pcs. by pcs. to the machine. The combination possibilities depend on the user. The working table and the bag support holds the bag in front of the machine and assures totally flat surface to lay the product on.
The film holding rolls with the guiding plates can support different size of film rolls. Thanks to the split roll technology it is possible to unwind one roll without unwinding the other one. The guiding plates support the narrow film roll from falling to the side. If several sizes of film rolls are used in packaging process a second set of film holding rolls with guiding plates can be added to the machine. The film holding rolls can be added only to the table top version!

The E-type machine can be equipped with a standard working table. By attaching the working table to the machine, the ergonomic working is emphasized. The angle of the working table can be adjusted in 6 angles, starting from horizontal position to almost vertical.
The working table and the bag support holds the bag in front of the machine and assures totally flat surface to lay the product on. Maximum load weight is 10 kg (22 pounds) (static weigth)!
Each accessory of the E-type, including the working table can be added to the machine later on. The combination possibilities of the accessories depend on the user.

The working table includes also a bag support plate. This bag support (metal plate) can be adjusted in postition according to the the bag length. The min. distance from the sealing wire is app. 100 mm (4 inch) (in horizontal postion) and app. 250 mm (10 inch) (in almost vertical postition). The bag support can be adjusted very easily.
If the bag support is not needed, it can be removed easily.

The working table and bag support as accessory can be ordered in orange color powder painted version but also in stainless steel.
For general purpose the orange color working table is used.
If food products (meat, fish, chees, biscuit), medicine or any other higenic product is packed in primery packaging, the stainless steel (inox) working table is suggested.
Both working table versions can be added to the machine. It is also possible to combine an orange color painted machine with a stainless steel working table.
The orange color working table is painted RAL 2004 (orange color). The stainless steel working table is made out of AISI 301stainless steel material with a clean and smooth surface.

If the bag to be sealed is extreme long or very heavy (more than app. 8 kg (17,6 pounds)), a heavy load working table can be adapted to the machine. This working table is designed to hold heavy loads (up to 30 kg (66 pounds) static weight). It can be only ordered / used in combination with a E-type support + rolloflux. The heavy load working table as an accessory includes also montageplatte which has to be connected to the legs of the E–type support.
The heavy load working table can be ordered only in stainless steel version. We do not offer any powder painted version for this accessory. The stainless steel working table is made out of AISI 301 stainless steel material with a clean and smooth surface. All materials are food contact proof!

The height of the heavy load working table can be adjusted from min. 201 mm (7,9 inch) up to 714 mm (28,1 inch) (distances are given from the ground floor). The height adjustment can be done in 25 mm (1 inch) steps. No special tools are needed to make a height adjustment!
Safety is always first. Our specially designed anti-fall hook assures, that the working table can not fall out of the locking tab.
The heavy load working table is produced only in stainless steel finish in order to avoid scretches on painted surface damage by moving the products on the working table plate. The surface is extremely easy to clean.
If high packaging capacity is required, or the E-type machine will be integrated into a packaging / filling line, than we suggest choosing the Bag Sealer roll conveyor as accessory.
To each E – type machine a support with rolloflux can be ordered. The support is designed to optimize workflow and to emphasize the ergonomic work. It gives a solid base for the machine and offeres the possibility to produce also bags from tubular film. Each support includes also a set of rolls, called rolloflux. If bags should be produced from tubular film roll, than the roll can be placed onto the rolloflux.
The maximum loading weight of the rolloflux is 25 kg (55 pounds) static weight.
The support can be ordered only in stainless steel version. We do not offer any powder painted version for this accessory. The stainless steel support is made out of AISI 301 stainless steel material with a clean and smooth surface. The rolloflux rolls are made out of anodized aluminium. All materials are food contact proof!

A genius solution to be even more flexible. All E-type supports with rolloflux can be equipped with wheels. By mounting the wheels onto the support the machine can be moved easily anywhere in the packaging area. This is a very usefull accessory in logistics, where different kind of products need to be packed in small packaging lots. Further this design is also very much preferred in food industry or clean room environment where the machine needs to be moved often for cleaning purpose.
The most perfect solution in order to move forward automized production. Each E-type machine can be mounted onto the Bag Sealer roll conveyor. The Bag Sealer roll conveyor is designed to emphasize the ergonomic work with handling heavy load bags.
Mostly preferred E-type machines mounted onto the Bag Sealer roll conveyor: ED – 620 and EB – 620
Roll conveyor size is: 1730 x 300 x 275 mm (L x W x H)
The roll conveyor (as standard accessory) has a standard roll conveyor height of 280 mm (11 inch)(measured from the ground floor). Based on customer needs the roll conveyor can be produced as a special custom design also in any other size.
The bag sealer roll conveyor is made out of anodized aluminium system profiles. The connection plates and the fittings are stainless steel parts. The column which holds the machine can be adjusted according to the given machine size.
The aluminium rolls can be easily taken out and a scale can be integrated into the place of the aluminium rollers. This way the Bag Sealer roll conveyor can become a perfect semi- automatic bag filling and sealing machine.

Single 5 mm industrial seal and integral safety film slitter that neatly trims the edge following the sealing cycle.
SD-model

Stainless Steel

SI-model
Single 5 mm industrial seal and integral safety film slitter that neatly trims the edge following the sealing cycle.
SID-model
Double 5 mm wide industrial seal giving enhanced seal integrity when packing powdered and liquid products. An integral safety film slitter runs between the two seals, so the upper seal can be
independently deactivated and a single 5 mm seal created with a neatly trimmed edge.
SIB-model
Bi-Active upper and lower 5 mm sealing wires double the sealing power and enable secure sealing of films up to 1.2 mm total
thickness. Integral safety film slitter.
Sea ling machine with roller conveyor

This machine is designed to seal heavy bags and can be used as a modular system in different industries.
With the roller conveyor system, it is easy to move bags from the filling station (where product is filled into the bag) to the sealing machine. Maximum load is 50 kg.
Standard model
Bag-Sealer stand and modular roller conveyor system, including standard orange powder coated S sealer in 320, 420, 620, 820 or 1020 mm width.
Roller conveyor
Sealing height can be adjusted infinitely. Rollers are made of aluminium. Fittings and connectors are made of galvanised steel.
Stainless steel bag sealer
Suitable for use with SI stainless steel sealers, with anodised aluminium frame and stainless-steel fittings and connectors.
