Packaging Machine MECPACK STX

The MECPACK thermo-retractable packaging line is composed of a range of highly efficient and robust automatic equipment.

They allow you to pack several types of products reaching up to 1700 working cycles per hour.

MEC PACK STX offers, as standard, the approximate mats for the packaging of small products.

On request, it is possible to equip the standard models with various optional extras, such as special feeding and evacuation mats, particular applications to design according to your specific needs.

Main Features:

• Sealing controlled by a timer;
• Separated electronic control for sealing-temperature and sealing-bars;
• Product length detected by photo-eyes with horizontal and vertical reading;
• Powered infeed/outfeed conveyor;
• Powered scrap-rewinding;
• Film-pulling by driven chains;
• "kissing" conveyors in order to pack product of small dimensions;
• Rolling-rods tunnel on request.
