The MECPACK thermo-retractable packaging line is composed of a range of highly efficient and robust automatic equipment.

They allow you to pack several types of products reaching up to 1700 working cycles per hour.

MEC PACK STX offers, as standard, the approximate mats for the packaging of small products.

On request, it is possible to equip the standard models with various optional extras, such as special feeding and evacuation mats, particular applications to design according to your specific needs.

  • Sealing controlled by a timer;
  • Separated electronic control for sealing-temperature and sealing-bars;
  • Product length detected by photo-eyes with horizontal and vertical reading;
  • Powered infeed/outfeed conveyor;

Packaging Machine DIBIPACK 4255 STX

<p><strong>Semiautomatic thermo-retractable equipment developed for operation in automatic mode, with an operator to place the products in the welding zone. All the remaining packaging cycle is carried out autonomously.</strong></p> <p>The ESPERT 5040 EV is the ideal machine for productions up to 900 cycles per hour.</p> <p>The closing of the welding ring is performed by a pneumatic cylinder. Semiautomatic Packaging Machine ESPERT 5040 EV

<p><strong>The DIBIPACK 6064 heat-shrink packaging machine has been developed to meet the packaging needs of large products.</strong></p> <p>This equipment is ideal for the packaging of large products, such as frames, paintings, panels, etc.</p> <p>The DIBIPACK comes equipped with a double device that keeps the bell closed during the retraction process and a command that starts the work cycle through a proximity switch. The bell is kept closed during the working cycle, thus allowing the operator to prepare the next piece for packaging. It is also equipped with two fans for greater air circulation during film retraction.</p> <p>The machine works with retractable PVC film sleeve and polyolefin.</p>
