Semiautomatic packing and weighing machine suitable for weighing and packaging products in bulk, such as: sweets, biscuits, nuts, coffee, etc.

Complete equipment with upper large hopper, vibrator with adjustable speed, pedal, an electronic weigher, that allows the quick and precise weighing of a wide range of products and a button or automatic unload of the products.

To start the packaging process, it is necessary to place the product to be packed in the hopper, to define the desired weight in the electronic balance and in a short time it is possible to fill pre-made bags, bottles, jars, etc. with the desired product and weight.

All the structure and the parts in direct contact with the products/food are constructed in stainless steel AISI 304, respecting in its conception the norms of HACCP. The use of mechanical and pneumatic parts, electrical and electronic components of first line assures reliability over time.
