ARCA is a company with over 50 years in the market and a world leader in the manufacture of label applicators. Its main equipment are labellers of medium and high speed, Print & Apply (machine that prints and applies labels simultaneously) and centrals of labelling for self-adhesive labels, where clients look for complete solutions that include a variety of applications.  

ARCA machines guarantee maximum flexibility, and, above all, they include a really fast set-up, without needing to replace mechanical parts (for format exchanges), typical from rotary movements.

Ideal for customers who need to track, identify and organize products, both in stock, in logistics and at sale points. Labels can be printed partially or completely blank in the case of thermal transfer printing, which are printers used to customize products using fixed or variable data. It’s possible to print alphanumeric texts, 1D and 2D barcodes, graphs, dates, times, batch, counters, or computer/PLC data. Printing is available up to 600 DPI resolution and maximum print speeds of 406mm/s (16ips). With our equipment, we guarantee that the last printed label is the first to be applied, essential condition in the labelling of expiration dates, batches or by production control. The automatic label printing and application system is suitable for high production and ready for any industry, from pharmaceuticals to animal feed factories.
