Albipack presents AURIGA 500 Model Year 2021, a high performance Flow-Pack automatic equipment prepared to work with a great diversity of films and suitable for both food and non-food sectors.
We would like to highlight some of the changes that come with the new version of this equipment:
Manufacture in a shorter period of time:
The machine is designed with the possibility of being easily built in a mirror version (right and left versions). This makes it possible to significantly shorten the manufacturing times of the equipment.
Easy cleaning:
The new version of this equipment has been designed to make it easier to remove certain structures from the machine, in order to make cleaning easier and faster. This need arose mainly from the need for food customers to remove crumbs, for example.
Better performance of the sealing unit:
With three sets of wheels and the possibility of adding a small pre-heating bar, this equipment has the ability to weld films with higher microns and work at higher speeds, with higher productivity.
Printer adaptability:
The roll holder frame has been designed so that a printing unit can easily be added to the equipment. The frame is compatible with most printers available on the market.
Reduction of minimum distances between products:
The performance of the machine, for packaging very small products, has been improved. The problems that existed with the previous version of this equipment, where this type of products did not allow the machine to be used at high speeds, no longer occur.
Reduction of maintenance costs:
Possibility of installing slip-rings, which avoid any contamination of electrical circuits by fine dust. (dusty environments such as bakeries).
