The project started with an on-site analysis of the client's existing end-of-line process. Our engineers mapped every step, from product infeed to palletising, measuring cycle times, film usage and the number of manual interventions required per shift. This allowed us to identify the real bottlenecks and to define clear, measurable goals together with the client's production team.

Based on this analysis, Albipack proposed a fully automatic sealing and shrink-wrapping line, customised to the client's product formats and integrated with the existing conveyors and control systems. The machines were pre-tested in our facility, then installed and commissioned on site in just a few days, keeping production downtime to a minimum. Operators received hands-on training to work safely and independently from day one.

Today the line runs across multiple shifts with consistent packaging quality, lower film consumption and fewer stops. Our after-sales team continues to support the client with scheduled maintenance, spare parts and remote assistance, ensuring long-term reliability of the investment.
