Automatic Lines for Open-Mouth Bags

Albipack's automatic lines for open-mouth bags weigh and fill paper, raffia or polypropylene bags (typically 5–50 kg) with granular, powdered or flour-derived products, at rates of up to 600 bags per hour. The range includes the semi-automatic PURA line with interchangeable sewing heads (FISCHBEIN, UNION SPECIAL, NEW-LONG), the FUTURA automatic filling line with crepe-tape sealing and dust collection for products like flour, pet food, pellets and powdered milk, the compact carousel-style ASTRO with 4 or 6 filling nozzles, and the versatile ADVANTA line with net or gross weighing for powders, flakes, pellets and granules. All comply with EU food-safety and hygiene directives.
