Albipack's industrial metal detectors use multi-frequency technology to identify ferrous and non-ferrous metal contaminants — including stainless steel — inside food and pharmaceutical products, automatically rejecting affected items from the line. The range includes the MDC11 for vertical packaging lines handling granular products and powders in free-fall, the high-speed MDF11 for pharmaceutical tablets and capsules (up to 10,000 pieces/minute), and the MFN11-60/70 and MFS11 series for loose or packaged food products of varying size and volume. All models offer self-check, phase adjustment and tracking functions, an intuitive touchscreen interface, and compliance with ISO-FDA HACCP, FDA and BRC standards.
