Automatic Lines for Valve Bags

Albipack's automatic lines for valve bags weigh and fill granular, powdered or floury products — from flour and cement to fertilizers, sugar and plastic pellets — into valve-type bags, with dedicated filling units for gravity, turbine, belt, screw and auger systems reaching speeds from 240 up to 600 bags/hour per machine (and up to 2,400 bags/hour in a 4-machine battery). The TECNO line offers precision two-stage (bulk and fine) electronic weighing, the TRANSFER robotic arm automatically places empty bags on the filling nozzle at up to 400 bags/hour, and the SON SEAL ultrasonic welding line and dedicated valve-closing systems ensure a fully sealed, HACCP-compliant, dust-free finish.
