Albipack's dynamic weight checkers verify every pack's weight in-line, automatically rejecting underweight or overweight products to minimize over-dosing waste and ensure compliance with legal tolerances. The configurable range covers the high-precision 01W3 Pharma model (±0.05 g) for small, high-value pharmaceutical products, the versatile Standard 08D3 for small/medium items, the 09T3 for bags, cans and boxes up to 10 kg, and the heavy-duty 14T3 for large products and integrity checks up to 40 kg. All models use dual load-cell weighing, stainless steel construction and touchscreen interfaces, and are built to ISO-FDA HACCP, OIML R51, MID and BRC standards.
