Flow-pack Machines

Albipack's flow-pack machines are automatic horizontal systems that form, seal and cut "pillow-pack" bags directly from a flat plastic film reel, using two cross seals and one longitudinal seal per pack. Built in steel and anodized aluminum, with all product-contact parts in AISI 304 stainless steel, these high-output machines with rotary cross-sealing units handle a wide range of applications — from food and confectionery to fruit and vegetables, pharmaceuticals, technical components and personal protective equipment. Adjustable feeding tables, intuitive touchscreen controls and quick format changeovers make the range suitable for both standard production runs and more demanding, high-speed lines.
