Albipack's X-ray inspection systems use non-destructive radiography, based on density differences and ray absorption, to detect foreign bodies invisible to metal detectors — bones, stones, ceramics, PVC, glass, rubber and non-ferrous metals — while also checking packaging integrity, fill level and dynamic weight. The range spans compact single-lane units (2XR51, 2XR11) for packaged food up to 5 kg, through to the 3XR11 for medium/large industrial products, and the Xspectra Top Down, which uses multi-energy spectral analysis comparing up to 1,024 energy levels to identify contaminants previously undetectable in dairy, filled pasta, salads and frozen products. All models feature intuitive touchscreen control and comply with ISO-FDA HACCP, BRC and equivalent food-safety standards.
