Auriga 500 Flow-Pack Machine

The Auriga 500 Flow-Pack packaging machine is a high-output automatic horizontal machine. It is ideal for producing pillow-pack packs from laminated and/or BOPP flat film, plain or printed.

It was designed and developed based on the most modern and reliable technology, making this equipment versatile, simple and intuitive, suitable for packaging a wide range of products, from food, technical, fruit and vegetable, pharmaceutical, spare parts and many others. This equipment is also suitable for packaging individual protective masks.

The main structure is built in steel and anodized anti-corrosion treated aluminum, and all parts in contact with the product to be packaged are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; the mechanical and electrical parts are isolated and protected from the work table, to prevent dirt and product residue, and fully comply with the latest European Directives on Workplace Safety.

Features:

• Feeding table with a total length of 2100 mm and a usable length for product loading of 1400 mm, nickel-plated steel chain and quick-release plastic separators, complete with AISI 304 stainless steel side guides adjustable in width to fit product dimensions;

• Longitudinal sealing unit made up of two sets of wheels with a diameter of 120 mm;

• Cross sealing and cutting unit with rotary jaw, complete with a ground jaw 240 mm wide and seal marking via cross lines 12.5 mm wide, and an inclined tempered blade;

• Product passage opening via a fixed forming tunnel, and film path marking to ensure a perfect pack;

• OMRON drive motorization and electrical scheme with PLC components;

• Equipment control via epicyclic gearboxes;

• 7'' color Touch Screen panel;

• Complete control panel with power-on indicator light, START and STOP buttons, AUTOMATIC–MANUAL key selector, RESET button and EMERGENCY button;

• Outfeed conveyor with a length of 1000 mm;

• Accident prevention guarding in compliance with European CE marking directives;

• Electrical connection: 220V – Single phase
