Our automatic packaging machine BG 37 IM can now be used for the packaging of roasted coffe beans. There is no need to modify the machine thanks to the use of an innovative film equipped with a patented flat degassing valve.

This innovative packaging process for coffee beans allow savings from different points of view:

• The same machine can be used for the packaging of different granular products without any modification (rice, coffee beans, nuts etc.);
• The change of package size do not require modifications of the machine, especially in the packaging of coffee beans;
• For the packaging of coffee beans there is no need of further accessories such as valve applying units, resulting in a considerable saving in the cost of the plant;
• Continuous saving through the packaging prcess since the film with flat degassing valve is less expensive than the traditional with plastic valve.
