Semi-automatic impulse sealers

The S-Series is a range of semi-automatic sealing machines that can be used to securely seal filled bags or produce bags from roll material, suitable for sealing PE, PP, PVC, or any other laminated film with a sealable inside layer. It's produced in two finishes: S-models, in orange powder-coated steel, and SI-models, in polished stainless steel — the latter suited to food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.

S sealer range

• S-model – single 5 mm industrial seal, with an integral safety film slitter that neatly trims the edge after the sealing cycle.
• SD-model – double 5 mm wide industrial seal for enhanced seal integrity when packing powdered and liquid products; the integral slitter runs between the two seals, so the upper seal can be independently deactivated to create a single, neatly trimmed 5 mm seal.
• SB-model – bi-active upper and lower 5 mm sealing wires double the sealing power, enabling secure sealing of films up to 1.2 mm total thickness. Integral safety film slitter.

SI sealers (stainless steel)

SI impulse sealers share the same basic features as the S range but are fabricated from polished stainless steel, for use in food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Available bench-mounted, floor-mounted with stand and foot pedal plus standard bag support, or floor-mounted with stand and foot pedal plus extended bag support.

Bag-Sealer (roller conveyor system)

Designed to seal heavy bags (up to 50 kg) as a modular system across different industries. The roller conveyor makes it easy to move bags from the filling station to the sealing machine.

• Standard model – Bag-Sealer stand and modular roller conveyor system, including a standard orange powder-coated S sealer in one of five widths.
• Roller conveyor – infinitely adjustable sealing height; aluminium rollers, galvanised steel fittings and connectors.
• Stainless steel bag sealer – suitable for use with SI stainless steel sealers, with an anodised aluminium frame and stainless-steel fittings and connectors.

The Bag-Sealer roller conveyor can be used with any S sealer.
