MDC11 Vertical Metal Detector

Metal Detector used in Vertical Packaging Lines, for granular products and powders.

Placed in free fall or pipe feeders, the product passes through the detector through a circular passage opening, detecting any metal contaminants an alarm is given, allowing foreign material to be removed.

Advanced self-checking, auto-calibration and tracking functions ensure top-level performance.

Multi-Frequency Technology

The multi-frequency electronics result in a high level of immunity against environmental interference and an extremely high sensitivity to all magnetic and non-magnetic metals, including stainless metals, thus ensuring high level performances.

Simple and Functional Electronics

Digital alphanumeric display, with self-checking, automatic balancing and tracking functions. Digital operating principle of two-dimensional image. Possibility of phase adjustment and storage of up to 100 programs. It has an RS232 C type port. Access is protected by a multi-level password, so as to reduce human error to a minimum.

Stable, Safe and Easy-Maintenance Mechanics

The machine consists of a metal detector coil and an electronic device with IP65 protection control panel. The coil has a transit aperture made of inert materials, which guarantees its total sealing and allows it to come into direct contact with the product.
