MECPACK STX Packaging Machine
The MECPACK shrink wrapping machine range consists of a range of highly efficient and robust automatic equipment, allowing various types of products to be packaged at rates of up to 1700 cycles per hour. The MECPACK STX offers, as standard, adjustable-position conveyors for packaging small-sized products. On request: special infeed and outfeed conveyors, custom applications.
Main Features:
- Sealing controlled by a timer;
- Separated electronic control for sealing-temperature and sealing-bars;
- Product length detected by photo-eyes with horizontal and vertical reading;
- Powered infeed/outfeed conveyor;
- Powered scrap-rewinding;
- Film-pulling by driven chains;
- "kissing" conveyors in order to pack product of small dimensions;
- Rolling-rods tunnel on request.
