MFS11 Metal Detector

Metal Detector for loose products and small packages, designed for both the food and pharmaceutical sectors.

Equipment built in a compact design, so that it can be incorporated in situations where there is limited space available. The use of a compact metallic head allows the control of metallic contaminants to be fulfilled, and also manages their collection through contaminant injection systems.

Multi-frequency technology combined with advanced functions such as self-checking and automatic calibration ensures a high level of performance. The possibility to set the conveyor stop and the reject collection systems allows the machine to be adjusted according to the client's needs.

A wide range of accessories allows you to inspect the most common formats, such as bags, pouches and boxes of different shapes and sizes, among others. The conveyor belt built in food grade plastic allows the machine to be used even with loose products.

It results in a high level of immunity against environmental interference and an extremely high sensitivity to all magnetic and non-magnetic metals, including stainless metals, thus guaranteeing high level performances.

Simple and Functional Electronics

Digital alphanumeric display, with self-checking, automatic balancing and tracking functions. Digital operating principle of two-dimensional image. Possibility of phase adjustment and storage of up to 100 programs. It has an RS232 C type port. Access is protected by a multi-level password, so as to reduce human error to a minimum.

Stable, Safe and Easy-Maintenance Mechanics

This equipment consists of a conveyor and a metal detector, available in various formats, to adapt to the product dimensions and inspection requirements. The metal detector support structure is made of stainless steel, speeding up cleaning operations. The machine can be set to stop the equipment when it detects the presence of faulty products, or it can be equipped with a rejection and collection system. All models meet IP54 to IP65 protection standards.
