THERA 450

The THERA 450 is a user-friendly piece of equipment with intuitive features. It is versatile, able to work with various types of films and materials, and compatible with automatic product loading systems.

It can be used for various types of applications, such as sealing, vacuum packaging, Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), gas flushing, among others.

It is equipped with articulated chambers, easily accessible for quick format changeover, ensuring fast and easy cleaning and maintenance operations.

It also includes a 4-column lifting system that consistently ensures a high level of sealing quality thanks to even pressure distribution, and a resistive touch control panel that allows easy HMI use in any working condition. The safety system can detect hazardous situations, stopping the machine and activating the remote assistance service for faster response times.

It is worth noting that the THERA 450 also allows film savings of up to 30%, thanks to the vacuum and gas injection technology used in the sealing phase, which reduces film waste to just 10 mm of waste on the sides — and only on the bottom film — resulting in optimized packaging costs.

It is also characterized by its construction, with a structure and components made of stainless steel, giving it greater strength, durability and consistent performance.
