Semi-automatic thermo-retractable welding equipment in L-shape. Developed for operation in automatic mode, with operator to introduce products in the welding area.
The TURBOPACK 5040 semiautomatic wrapper consists of a solid and modern structure.
The welding of the plastic is done by current impulse with movement of the upper welding ring in automatic by a pneumatic system.
It is possible to adjust the closing and opening time of the rim, making the work cycle more automatic or controll the movement of the welding rim by a pedal.
The product is carreid out from the welding area using an automatic conveyor belt which is adjustable in height using a simple crank.
